Whenever you are at a conference, at a trade show or exhibition, or in a retail store, the banner stands make the visual statement for your product or ideas. There are different manufactures of the banner stands. Do there are different ways of setting up their products. But still there are some basic steps that you need to follow for a proper set up. Here they go:
Firstly you need to position the base of the banner stands on the ground.
Then you need to bring together the pole of the banners stands. Some of the banner stands have poles having several segments that fit together. So, you need to adjust those to make it fit into the stands.
The third step is to fasten the end of the poles of the banner stands that is threaded into the stands’ center hole.
Then you will have to unroll your banner. Some of the banner stands are retractable. In such banner stands the banners are already rolled up in the interior of the base. All you need to do is to grab the banner’s top edge and pull the banner up.
After that you need to hook the banners on top of the pole of the banner. Some of the hooks of the banners are places against the poles of the banner. Some snap into the position.
You need to locate the snaps or hooks in the middle of the bottom and top borders of the banner. If you are using the retractable banner just the border at the top will hook to the zenith of the pole at the same time as the bottom will remain safe in the interior of the base.
